This role is the personal assistant to our property manager, Mary-Ann Said, who has more than 15 years of experience in property management in Mackay.
The role will include but is not limited to leasing, maintenance, conducting inspections and everyday property management tasks.
Responsibilities
Support the property manager with leasing, maintenance, inspections and daily property management tasks.
Qualifications
Driver's license.
Exceptional admin skills.
Social media proficiency.
People person with strong communication skills.
Property Management experience and Real Estate Certificate preferred, but attitude and work ethic are more important; training will be provided to the right person.
Flexible remuneration based on skill and experience.
Work hours can be flexible; open to full-time, part-time or school hours.
