Job Summary:You will be a part of the greater Bookings Teams across The Triffid & The Fortitude Music Hall facilitating and supporting the team with marketing ideas, outcomes, and strategies to best serve our customers (Promoters & Agents), whilst also managing budgets for each venue in your department and maintaining a consistent voice across social media platforms and manage a consistent branding representation in the market for each venue. You will work and support Venue Managers, and the Bookings Team.The candidate should also have a passion for the live entertainment industry.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesMarketing:Execute announce and on sale of all shows across both The Triffid and FMHManage all aspects of FMH Social platforms & give direction to FOH manager in relation to Outpost Social plan and inbox managementLiaise with relative advertising companies and present potential opportunities to GM Execute EDM's at a biweekly minimum for FMHLiaise with any relevant companies that may offer a valuable partnership to the venue that can ultimately be used to galvanize relationships, add value or sell more tickets for an existing client.The creation of any collateral that higher management or bookings team may need in order to secure new business and/or create value to an agent or promoterKey attributes:Customer/client focusedHigh level of initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailExcellent organisational & communication skillsIndependently motivated `Ability to work under pressureGood administrational IT skills with proficiency's in the use software such as, Microsoft Word, Excel, Venue Ops and WrikeAble to have flexibility in shifts such as nights, weekends and public holidaysHave a focus on Health & Safety and sustainabilityBe a team focused operator with a focus on diversity #LNAPAC #LI-KH3
