Through pre-emptive service incident and resolution activities, as well as product reviews, operational improvements, operational practices, and quality assurance, this role will maintain a high level of service to clients. The primary objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions.The Managed Services Engineer (L3) - Network manages tickets of high complexity, conducts advanced tasks, and provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems.What you'll be doingEnsure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational.Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts.Identify problems and errors proactively or when they occur, logging incidents with detailed information.Assist in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls.Investigate third-line support calls, identify root causes, and resolve incidents and problems.Report and escalate issues to third-party vendors when necessary.Provide onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients.Conduct monthly reviews of incidents and service requests, analyzing and recommending improvements.Provide continuous feedback to clients and update all systems and portals as prescribed.Identify opportunities for work optimization, including automation.Provide third-level technical support and guidance.Develop and maintain monthly reporting capabilities within the network space to demonstrate value to customers.Skills and QualificationsExperience with implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, controllers, WAN optimizers, and monitoring applications.Strong knowledge of Network Management, including configuration and implementation.Proven experience in Data Centre maintenance.Hands-on experience with Juniper products such as Junos OS, MX series routers, EX series switches, and Mist solutions.Hands-on experience with Cisco ASR, ISR, Catalyst, Nexus.Certifications: JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, Mist-AI, CCNP/CCIE.Desirable experience includes Data Center Networks, Cisco DNA-Center, SD-WAN, and Network Automation.Workplace TypeOn-site WorkingEqual Opportunity EmployerNTT DATA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
