Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales and inventory of various products including animal health, ag chem and general merchandise.
* Work closely with store management and sales teams to provide support such as stock takes and retail operations improvements.
* Negotiate with suppliers, develop pricing strategies and oversee marketing initiatives.
* Analyse market trends to maintain a competitive position for rural customers.
Requirements
* Experience in pricing and margin management and sales target achievement through category development.
* Able to network and identify business opportunities.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exposure to SAP ERP and MS Excel is desirable.
* A current driver's license and Forklift ticket are advantageous.
