We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse operations at our Brisbane site. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is ideal for someone with strong customer service, communication skills, and experience in warehousing or logistics.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, efficient warehouse facility;
* SUPPORTING CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES TO ENHANCE SERVICE DELIVERY;
* Coodinating freight and logistics including customer pick-ups & deliveries;
Picking & dispatching orders, unloading containers & receipting incoming stock
Managing Warehouse Operations Including Stock Control Across Sites About You:
To succeed in this role you will bring Strong Customer Service And Communication Skills Proven ability to work independently As Part Of A Team Previous Experience In Warehousing Logistics Or Distribution Collaborative mindset With The Initiative To Drive Improvement High attention to detail Excellent Time Management And Problem Solving Ability Proficiency with Microsoft Office AND Confidence In General Administrative Tasks
