We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead key administration functions at Cleveland Central Shopping Centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the Centre Manager. Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. We are growing steadily whilst maintaining our personal touch and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.

Overview

About the role:

* Assist Centre Manager with forecasts, budgeting, and reporting
* Support with monthly accruals, outgoings, other charges
* Manage rent roll administration and rental reviews
* Oversee arrears and arrears reporting
* Maintain effective records management and document control
* General office management, including customer service answering phones, and ordering supplies
* Build and maintain relationships with senior management, centre staff, retailers, and external stakeholders

About you:

* Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably in retail shopping centre management
* Financial and accounting skills including accounts payable and receivable
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
* Proficient in using office software and systems including MS Office Suite
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong negotiation skills
* Ability to understand the retail lease requirements from tenants

This is a full-time centre-based role at our Cleveland Central shopping centre with office hours between 8.30am to 5.30pm.
