As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth, productive operation of the restaurant, working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Your leadership, attention to detail, and operational expertise will help uphold the high standards that Percy is known for.What You'll DoSupport daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures and staff schedulingAssist in the supervision, training, and development of team members to ensure exceptional service and product knowledge, including menu items, allergens, and promotionsOversee inventory control, stock management, and supplier orders to maintain cost-effective operationsProvide hands-on support during service, ensuring smooth floor operations and quick response to guest needsHandle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and careAssist in financial tasks such as billing accuracy, reporting, budgeting, and register balancingQualificationsProven experience in a similar role, with a track record of operational successStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire teamsExceptional customer service and communication skills, enhancing the guest experienceExtensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, with a passion for outstanding food and beverage serviceExperience with POS systems such as Infrasys Cloud highly regardedBasic knowledge of PMS systems such as Opera Cloud is a plusFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (guaranteed minimum of 30 hours/week)Why work for Accor?
