About the Role: Clinical Coordination Opportunities
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of services to clients with complex care needs. This includes developing and implementing client care plans, providing clinical guidance, and managing daily branch operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day Running of the Branch
2. Optimizing Branch Performance and Increasing Net Revenue
3. Nurturing Relationships through Networking and Industry Events
4. Developing and Reviewing Client Care Plans
5. Identifying and Remedying Clinical Matters and Barriers
6. Facilitating Inductions and Training Workshops for Support Staff
7. Maintaining Relationships with Clients through Regular Visits
8. Managing Stock Orders and Reviewing Progress Notes
9. Ensuring WHS Compliance and Managing Clinical Compliance
10. Liaising with Allied Health Professionals and Other Stakeholders
Key Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with the following qualifications and skills:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (with nil restrictions)
* Possession of excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work remotely and autonomously when required
* Results-oriented with a proven success record of achieving targets/KPIs
