Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sydney, NSW, for a Regional Shop Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations across multiple shop locations, managing store teams to ensure excellent customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency. The Regional Shop Manager will lead staff training, monitor performance, and work to enhance customer experiences in line with Mogu Mogu's brand values. Additional tasks involve inventory and supply chain management along with the implementation of new strategic initiatives to support growth.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams, and manage vendor and customer relationships.
* Experience in Operations Management and Store Management to oversee multiple shop locations efficiently and support business growth.
* Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Experience to ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain brand loyalty.
* Leadership and organizational skills to motivate teams, manage schedules, and execute training programs.
* Prior experience in retail or food and beverage management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges proactively.
