The role of Administrative Officer is essential to the smooth operation of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining general office administrative processes, procedures, and systems.
This involves providing administrative assistance to the designated Business Support Partner and discipline team for cohesive operations. Collaboration with stakeholders is also crucial to ensure consistent administrative support across the office.
We are seeking an individual who can effectively manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work accurately with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain general office administrative processes, procedures, and systems.
* Provide administrative assistance to the designated Business Support Partner and discipline team.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent administrative support across the office.

Special Conditions
* The successful applicant must obtain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check prior to being employed.
* The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN – EC Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course.
