Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present meals according to menu standards Maintain a clean and organised kitchen Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Assist in menu planning, inventory, and stock rotation Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food Requirements: Previous kitchen or chef experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred) Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (e.g. Food Safety Certificate) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Passion for food and commitment to high standards Only applicants in Australia will be considered.
