**Your new company**
An opportunity has become available with one of Australia's premier manufacturers within the Food industry. With multiple sites across both Australia and New Zealand, they are looking to employ a Quality Assurance Manager at one of their sites located in Adelaide's Northern Suburbs on a permanent basis.
**Your new role**
- Lead and ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Be a key member of the Site Operational leadership team
- Work collaboratively with the site team to achieve targets and milestones in Food Safety & Quality
- Provide leadership, coaching and development to the site and drive the quality culture
- Completion of audits
- Provide accurate and timely reports to site and regional management
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 5 years in a similar position
- Experience within the food manufacturing and/or pharmaceutical industry ideal but not required
- Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement and process improvement
- Strong Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Able to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues
