Storeperson / Customer Service| Materials Handling & Industrial Equipment
Location: Epping, VIC
Work Type: Permanent Full Time position
Salary: $75k - $95K P.A
We are seeking an experienced Storeperson / Customer Service to join an Australian-owned business, supplying materials handling and industrial equipment to industries including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and construction.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
- Manage inbound calls, emails and website enquiries
- Develop and maintain existing customer relationships for repeat business.
- Prepare documentation and quotes for customers.
- Assist in managing stock levels, including counting and recording inventory to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Partner closely with the internal team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Support the external sales team with lead generation and appointment setting.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer service within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- A background in the manufacturing or industrial tools sector is a big plus!
- A current and valid Australian driver's licence.
- Full working rights within Australia.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.
