Role Description
As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will understand your client's unique business questions and identify the experts who can best provide the answers. You will find and recruit new experts into our network, determining which are best suited to speak with the client.
This role is ideal for many of our employees as their first job post-college, offering a chance to develop core business skills and gain exposure to various industries and disciplines.

Responsibilities
* Work with Project Managers to develop strategies for client requests
* Use LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and the internet to identify suitable experts
* Invite potential experts to join our network for client consultations
* Screen and profile experts to match client needs
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
* Previous internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience
Skills
* Interest in sourcing and lead generation roles
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
