Your new role
You'll be driving an MR or HR truck to deliver and collect secure destruction bins and materials across Townsville and surrounding areas. The role involves physical work, including handling bins up to 100kg, using a PDA to record tasks, and maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness. You'll work independently while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with an average of 45 hours/week with a pay rate of $38/hour plus penalties.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll need a valid MR or HR licence and a clean driving record. Previous experience in a physical driving role (such as freight or removals) is preferred. You should be physically fit, reliable, and confident using handheld devices. A strong customer focus and the ability to work independently are essential.
