From lease negotiations and turnkey fit-outs to recruitment and full practice management, we've built 50+ clinics and currently manage 20+ practices across VIC, WA, and QLD.
We're known for transforming underperforming practices into thriving, profitable businesses — and as we continue to expand, we're looking for a Marketing Executive who wants flexibility, autonomy, and real impact.
The Role
This is not a traditional in-house 9–5 marketing role.
You'll have the flexibility to work from home, choose your hours, and focus on high-impact marketing within the booming medical industry.
Your role will involve:
* Creating and executing marketing strategies to attract doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners
* Managing digital marketing campaigns (socials, ads, email, content)
* Supporting lead generation for our Business Development and Management teams
* Improving brand visibility and positioning across multiple states
* Tracking campaign performance and optimising for results
You'll be supported with training, proven systems, and direct exposure to real medical clinic operations — not just theory.

Job Types: Full-time, Subcontract
Pay: $90,000.00 – $112,455.24 per year
