We're seeking a highly capable Cloud Support Engineer to join our clients forward-thinking technology team. The Opportunity
In this role, you'll be a trusted technical contributor responsible for the stability and evolution of our Azure cloud platforms. You'll work hands-on with modern cloud services, automation, and Infrastructure as Code, helping design and extend solutions that power critical business outcomes for our clients. You'll be empowered to take ownership, influence architecture, and continuously improve how we deliver cloud services - while collaborating with highly skilled engineers who value curiosity, quality, and momentum.
What You'll Be Doing
* Designing and implementing Azure Infrastructure as Code, enabling consistency, scalability, and speed
* Automating and optimising cloud operations using PowerShell and scripting tools
* Supporting and enhancing a broad Azure ecosystem, including data, networking, observability, and containerised workloads
* Safeguarding platforms through effective certificate and secrets management
* Partnering with engineering and delivery teams to diagnose issues, improve performance, and uplift reliability
What You Bring
* Proven experience supporting Azure and hybrid/on-prem environments
* Strong automation mindset with hands-on PowerShell expertise
* Confidence working across a range of Azure services and architectures
* A collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
