What You'll Be Doing
* Proactively identify, pursue and win new business opportunities while managing and growing key accounts.
* Use consultative selling and discovery techniques to understand client needs and design tailored technology solutions.
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of client organisations.
* Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger or SPIN to qualify, forecast and close deals.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure projects are successfully executed.
* Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within technology or a closely related industry.
* A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* A competitive, driven mindset combined with a genuine desire to solve client problems.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Confidence working with both large enterprise accounts and smaller project-based opportunities.
* Experience in audiovisual, ICT or systems integration is highly regarded, but attitude, resilience and curiosity are most important.
