The Role:
* Oversee all on-site operations to ensure smooth project delivery
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
* Maintain WHS compliance and site safety standards
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance

About you:
* 3+ years site manager experience with trade background (ideally carpentry)
* Commercial build experience - Healthcare/Aged Care or Education Projects are advantageous
* Experience of working on projects valued at $25m+
* Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
