This is a supporting role and perfect for someone at the start of their career who's looking to grow in the ever-evolving renewable energy sector.Salary & PerksUp to $65k + SuperClose, tight-knit team based in Sydney's Inner West (this is an office-based role)The Finance & Admin Manager is part of the 'founding team' so you will learn from the best.The company has doubled in size over the last 12 months and is on track to do so againA fantastic opportunity to break into the renewable energy industry, working with industry leaders from Tier 1 backgroundsAs a Accounts & Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include:Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payableSupport client invoicing and payment claimsReconcile credit card and bank transactionsSupport monthly reporting using tools like JET Reports and Microsoft Business CentralAssist with expense managementHelp coordinate travel bookings, office supplies, and supplier relationships (cleaners, IT, etc.)Identify ways to improve systems and processes where possibleWhat Experience can you bring?
Experience in bookkeeping, accounts assistance, or finance adminFamiliarity with Microsoft Business Central and intermediate Excel skillsTech-savvy, Detail-oriented, organised, and reliableProactive and comfortable working independently and in a small teamNo formal degree required but qualifications like a Cert IV or Diploma in Accounting are a bonusSound like you?
