Hannans North Tourist Mine Customer Service Officer
Hannans North mine was one of the first registered mines in Kalgoorlie. It showcases the unique gold mining history of Kalgoorlie and its Golden Mile.
Northern Star Resources Limited supports the tourist mine operations as part of the KCGM operation.
The Customer Service role supports the day-to-day operation of the tourist mine, working as part of a small team to offer an engaging tourism experience to locals and visitors to Kalgoorlie.
Responsibilities:
* Customer service, providing a positive experience to visitors and tour groups.
* Daily tasks to maintain the safety and presentation of Hannan's North Tourist mine facility.
* Administration tasks to support the Hannan's North Tourist Mine Co-Ordinator and point of sale processes for the facility and shopfront.
Required skills and experience:
* Previous experience in customer service.
* High-level communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer skills in Microsoft Office, experience using point of sale and procurement systems.
This is a residential part-time role, working 8 days per fortnight. (8:6 roster- days only)
