We're looking for a culture-savvy, execution-led Brand & Activation Manager to bring two distinct premium spirits brands to life.
One brand plays in surf, music and youth culture. The other is ultra-premium, heritage-led and globally respected. Your role is to ensure both show up in culture in ways that are relevant, distinctive and consistent.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading on-the-ground activations, pop-ups, tastemaker campaigns and influencer seeding
* Creating attention-grabbing campaigns without big budgets or heavy agency reliance
* Executing social-first, culturally aligned initiatives
* Partnering with an international eComm/content team to keep messaging tight while owning local delivery
* Acting as a brand guardian knowing when to be scrappy and when to elevate
About You
* 3–5 years' experience in brand, comms or creative execution
* Background in alcohol, fashion, hospitality, streetwear or music preferred
* Strong cultural instincts and genuine taste
* Proven experience delivering campaigns end-to-end on lean budgets
* Confident working autonomously without layers or long approval chains
* Passionate about spirits (whisky knowledge highly regarded)

* You want to rework brand strategy rather than execute it
* You rely heavily on external agencies to deliver
* You haven't owned activations from idea to delivery
* You're looking for mostly remote work
What Success Looks Like
Within 12 months, both brands are visibly present in the right cultural spaces one elevated and premium, the other energetic and culturally embedded with smart, impactful activations driving real traction.
