Business Development Manager

As a key player in our organisation, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing strategic plans to increase sales revenue and market share.
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
* Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of our Brisbane operation into a mid-tier service centre.


Key Skills and Qualifications

* Experience working with pumps, rotating equipment, or engineered industrial products.
* Strong understanding of the Queensland market and proven external sales success.
* Industry background in Oil & Gas, Water, or Chemical sectors.
* Relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical, Chemical, or similar).
* Ability to travel across Queensland and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
