The Role :
* Take ownership of a quality portfolio (modern, mostly local stock)
* Manage landlord & tenant relationships with a solutions-first approach
* Oversee repairs, maintenance, lease renewals, arrears – no trust accounting
* Begin mentoring juniors as part of your growth plan toward team leadership
* Contribute to process improvements and cultural development as you grow with the business
