We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively across departments. They will also possess the ability to think critically and come up with innovative solutions to customer problems.
The role involves providing timely, accurate, courteous responses to incoming calls and emails, as well as maintaining thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely, accurate, courteous responses to incoming calls and emails.
* Liaise with staff to resolve customer enquiries.
* Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and work with other departments to implement solutions.
* Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Process and follow up after call requests via email, telephone and direct contact in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
* Contact patients to schedule their sleep study.
* Work with clinics, medical professionals and patients to process enquiries.
* Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships over the phone.
* Administrative and sales experience is desirable.
* Computer literacy with the Google suite.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A can-do attitude aligned to continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy.
* Qualifications and Desirable Attributes:
* Previous experience in a contact centre is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
* Excellent phone manner.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
