Based at our beautiful Raelene Boyle Village in Aberfeldie, you will use all your nursing and people skills to: Provide compassionate and high-quality care that is good enough for mum and dad. Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families. Assess residents and develop and review care plans. Administer treatment and ongoing support to residents. Use pioneering technology including our own purpose-built care app, myRyman. Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators. We are looking for a maximum-term position (6 months, 19 June 2025 to 20 December 2025) to join our team working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday night duty from 21:45 to 07:15. About You A Ryman nurse's work is varied and meaningful. To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, you will have: A current Registered Nurse registration. A reliable, friendly, and professional manner. The ability to share knowledge and work within a friendly, supportive team. Experience working in aged care is highly desired. Kindness, compassion, and drive to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to role-model and lead the team to achieve excellence in care.
