This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our organization as a Credit Manager Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of debtor accounts, managing debt recovery, and reconciliation of Cash on Delivery accounts.
\
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
\
* Liaising with sales/production teams regarding outstanding items and queries
\
* Collecting and reconciling debtors and COD accounts
\
* Reviewing all inactive accounts and assessing their risk category
\
* Assisting the Credit Manager with day-to-day management and month-end procedures
\
Requirements:
\
* Minimum 2 + years' experience in credit control
\
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
\
* Strong general computer skills (must be proficient in Word and Excel)
\
* Previous SAP experience is highly desirable
\
