The Position
* Supervise kitchen operations, prepare, cook, and present food, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
* Receive, store, rotate supplies, and communicate inventory needs to management.
* Maintain hygiene, presentation standards, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
* Develop industry knowledge through training, updating skills, and maintaining certifications.
* Apply catering control principles to reduce waste, control portions, and manage stock effectively.
* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies in all kitchen activities.
The Person
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Prior experience in a similar culinary environment
* Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and positivity
* Team player who can also work independently
* Flexible, reliable, and physically fit
* Strong communication skills and hardworking attitude
