About the role: We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and optimise our service delivery operations across Australia.
In this key leadership role within Visy's Recycling division, you'll manage two teams - Customer Service and Logistics Coordination - responsible for ensuring smooth operations and meeting service targets.
You'll focus on driving process improvements, resolving issues quickly, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop customer service teams to achieve KPI's and operational excellence.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.
Implement process improvements with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage external vendor relationships and performance in line with business expectations.
Identify, investigate and implement strategies to reduce service failures.
Oversee logistics coordination, including scheduling, SAP data integrity, and stock movements.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior management.
What You'll Bring Proven leadership and people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in a waste management or logistics industry.
Strong customer interface and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage processes in a medium to large organisation.
Proficiency in Excel, SAP experience desirable.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
Experience in logistics or recycling is advantageous.
