Job Description
We are expanding our team and looking for a Construction Manager for our D&B projects.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Design & Build team in the role of Construction Manager, who will be involved in managing and delivering interesting construction projects.
What will be your responsibilities:
* managing and coordinating construction projects during the execution phase
* cooperating with the project team, designers, and contractors
* overseeing quality, budget, and construction schedules
* coordinating subcontractors and resolving technical and organizational matters on site.
Who we are looking for:
* an experienced professional with a background in construction or civil engineering
* someone with experience in managing construction projects
* a person with strong organizational and communication skills
* a proactive and responsible team player.
Qualifications
* Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
* 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
* Strong skills in site coordination, scheduling, and quality control
* Ability to work with technical documentation and manage subcontractors
* Fluent in Czech (spoken & written), English level B2-C
