About the role
We are about to open our brand-new state of the art gaming room and are looking for passionate and experienced staff with exceptional customer service skills. The right person could start off as a casual and end up our Gaming Room Manager.
What you'll be doing
* Provide the ultimate in customer service
* Oversee the implementation of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
* Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements, contributing to the overall success of the gaming room
* Ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order
What we're looking for
* Outstanding communication skillsand the ability to motivate and work collaboratively with the team.
* A passion for and demonstrated experience in great customer service
* Food, beverage & gaming experience
* Current RSA Certificate
* Current RCG & ARCG Certificate
* Be confident, calm and approachable
* Reliable and honest

About us
The Border Inn Hotel is a family owned and operated pub nestled in the heart of Moama, NSW. Brand new state of the art gaming room, further renovations planned for the end of the year and next year. The Border Inn is going to be bigger and even better than before.
Our public bar is famous for its relaxing vibe with big screens for sport, NSW TAB facilities and live music on weekends. Our bistro is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We also have a motel and a Thirsty Camel bottle shop.
