At our restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary standards.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen environment and hold a Cert IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery or relevant qualifications.
They will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality, ensuring efficient service, and contributing to menu planning, stock control, and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities include:
