Soulitude Health is a multidisciplinary allied health clinic located on the NSW Mid North Coast, providing patient-centred care across private practice, community, NDIS, aged care, and rehabilitation services.
Our team includes physiotherapists, an exercise physiologist, a remedial massage therapist, an allied health assistant, a speech pathologist, and an audiologist working collaboratively to support clients in improving their independence, function, mobility, and quality of life.

Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients across a range of clinical settings and funding streams.
The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in achieving independence, improving functional capacity, and enhancing participation in everyday activities.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based and client-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
* Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
* Provide interventions to improve functional capacity, independence, and quality of life
* Complete functional assessments and home environment assessments
* Recommend and prescribe assistive technology where appropriate
* Support clients with mobility, activities of daily living, and community participation
* Deliver services across the clinic, community, home, and aged care settings where applicable
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and correspondence
* Liaise with families, carers, healthcare providers, and support coordinators
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team
* Participate in team meetings, professional development, and quality improvement activities
* Maintain professional standards and compliance with AHPRA and organisational requirements
Essential Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Current driver's licence
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
* Professional, compassionate, and client-centred approach
