Job Description
In this role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
* Own key FP&A cycles including month-end close, forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP), and long-term strategic planning
* Deliver financial analysis across operating costs and commercial spend
* Prepare and present periodic reporting packs, forecast decks, and performance analysis
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and influence P&L outcomes
* Support implementation of new tools and processes aligned with global finance standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CA/CPA Qualified
* Previous experience in an FP&A function in the Manufacturing or FMCG sector
* Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales & Operational stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
* Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
