We are searching for an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join the team at AWC. This full-time role will see you playing a crucial part in the successful delivery of our construction projects.
What you'll be doing
Operate a Final Trim Grader to carry out pavement construction to tolerance
Ensure the Grader is properly maintained
Liaise with the wider construction team to coordinate construction activities
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and those around you
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve construction processes and techniques
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator in the construction industry
Proven ability to operate a Final Trim Grader skilfully and safely
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Excellent communication and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of construction site safety procedures and regulations
Relevant construction plant operator certifications
