We're now hiring a
Product Manager / Product Owner
to support multiple upcoming enterprise implementations and strengthen delivery execution across the product organisation.
The opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of
delivery, product, and customer collaboration
.
You'll join a cross-functional squad responsible for delivering 1–3 enterprise implementation projects, ensuring commitments are executed without disrupting the broader product roadmap. There's a strong emphasis on delivery management in the short term, with growing involvement in discovery, prioritisation, and strategy over time.
This is a great role for a Product Manager who:

* Wants to sharpen their discovery and product craft in a scaling startup, under the mentorship of Head of Product, Alex Chan.
What you'll be responsible for
In the first 3–6 months, expect roughly a 50/50 split between delivery execution and planning/prioritisation, evolving as the team scales.
* Delivery management:
Owning sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and ensuring committed work is delivered for enterprise implementations.
* Stakeholder engagement:
Working closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and external enterprise clients.
* Product requirements & discovery:
Translating customer needs into clear problem statements, requirements, and tickets — focusing on
why
and
what
, not prescribing technical solutions.
* Collaboration:
Partnering closely with designers and engineers in a true cross-functional squad model.
* Autonomy & ownership:
Taking accountability for your squad's outcomes and proactively unblocking yourself and others.
* Strategic contribution:
Executing against the roadmap strategy for your squad, with opportunities to contribute to discovery days, strategy sessions, and innovation initiatives.
What we're looking for (must-haves)
* Proven experience managing delivery in a product team (sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, shipping committed work)
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including direct customer engagement
* Ability to prioritise work from both a product and engineering perspective
* Comfortable operating in a startup environment with change and ambiguity
* Proactive, self-directed, and outcome-focused
* Able to clearly articulate problems and product requirements, giving engineers room to design solutions
* Australian citizen with the ability to pass a National Security Check
Nice to have
* Experience in highly regulated environments (health, medtech, govtech, enterprise SaaS)
* Hands-on discovery and requirements gathering experience
* Solid technical understanding (without needing to be deeply technical)
* Interest in exploring how AI can support product workflows and outcomes
