We're a regional technology company based in Warrnambool, providing Managed IT, Communications, and Print Solutions to businesses across South West Victoria. We're a team of 15 people who take pride in supporting our regional business community with reliable technology solutions.
The Opportunity
We're looking for someone to join our operations team in a role that spans finance administration, procurement, stock coordination, and client support.
Whether you're early in your career looking to develop broad business operations skills, or you have some relevant experience and are looking for your next challenge and enjoy variety - we're open to the right person at the right level. We'll provide thorough training and support to help you succeed.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting accounts payable processes and financial administration
* Processing purchase orders and assisting with supplier coordination
* Receiving, tracking, and distributing stock and inventory
* Taking client calls and logging service requests
* Assisting with contract administration and license management
* Working across multiple vendor platforms and our internal systems
* Supporting month-end activities and general office operations
What you'll need:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills - written and verbal
* Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay focused during busy periods
* Genuine interest in business operations
* Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments
What will help (but isnt essential):
* Any exposure to accounts payable, invoicing, or bookkeeping
* Experience with procurement, ordering, or stock coordination
* Previous administration, customer service, or coordination work
* Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
* Background in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift
