Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gold Coast, QLD. The position involves daily responsibilities such as collaborating with clients, managing advisory or accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with other team members to provide tailored solutions while contributing to the success of clients' financial and business goals. Additional activities may include identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting projects that align with company objectives.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
* Experience in Taxation Services and Financial Advisory practices
* Proficiency with Accounting Software and advanced MS Excel skills
* Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
* Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and a results-driven mindset
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus)
* A proactive approach to learning, development, and adapting to new challenges
