Property Portfolio Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of real estate by managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties in metropolitan Adelaide.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level service delivery to our clients, ensuring their properties are managed efficiently and effectively. This includes preparing and analyzing income/expenditure budgets, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and audits.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing the performance of the properties, including monthly, quarterly reports, and reforecast reports. Additionally, you will manage prompt processing of creditor Tax Invoices and authorize payment as per client's limits and our credit authority procedures.

Maintaining accurate records of all tenancy matters, correspondence, and official documentation is also crucial to this role. You will need to ensure each tenant adheres to their lease and building rules and regulations, and liaise with stakeholders to discuss important matters.

A successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as an ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, accuracy, and attention to detail. Strong financial acumen and a proven track record in gaining the trust of and delivering a high standard of service to clients are essential.

About the Job

* Manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties in metropolitan Adelaide

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Commercial property management experience (5+ years preferred)
* Tertiary qualifications (Property or Financial) would be an advantage, however not essential
* Current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate (including Property Management) is required
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Strong financial acumen
* A proven track record in gaining the trust of and delivering a high standard of service to clients
