Avenue Property Consultants has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing team in Mawson Lakes.
Our business is only four months old, and we currently have a small portfolio of approximately 60 properties however we are growing fast.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of landlords and tenants
* Conduct leasing viewings, ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections
* Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with trusted trades
* Liaise professionally with contractors, owners, and tenants
* Handle tenancy selection, onboarding, and lease renewals
* Maintain accurate records in Ailo, REX, REA Forms, Ignite, and document management systems
* Apply property management policies and procedures consistently across the portfolio
* Build strong relationships and liaise with landlords, adding value to their investment journey
* Assist with marketing properties to Avenue Property Consultants' high standard
* Manage diaries and coordinate appointments
* Mentor and guide junior team members (as the portfolio grows)
Mandatory Requirements:
* Current SA Property Management Registration License
* Current Police Check
* Current South Australia Driver's License
* Australian work rights are required for this position
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2+ years' proven Property Management experience
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills; high standards of communication with landlords are expected, and candidates should be able to demonstrate this experience
* Excellent time management, organisational ability, and attention to detail
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Positive, can-do attitude and professional presentation
* Computer literacy and experience with Ailo, REX, REA Forms, Ignite, or similar property management software
* Ability to foster a positive, collaborative team environment
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative
