The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, experience in leadership roles, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for managing daily centre operations, inspiring and supporting educators, designing engaging activities, prioritizing child safety, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

* Inspire and support educators through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.

* Requirements:
* Ace-approved diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
* Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
* A current Working with Children Check.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
