About the role
The Senior Digital Visual Merchandising Lead will take responsibility for the deployment of creative content and interactive storytelling in our stores. This includes how we use technology to deploy and sync content to build our brand, deliver on Premium Retailing ambitions and drive trading outcomes.
Key responsibilities
 * Digital Marketing Content deployment: Develop innovative ways to deploy creative marketing content to store screens. Collaborate with Marketing Communications COE to adapt and leverage brand, network and product marketing assets. Balance simplifying messages into fewer, bigger initiatives with localizing content for different communities.
 * Digital Marketing technology: Manage key vendors supporting marketing content deployment to store screens. Explore scheduling innovations to showcase messages across multiple screens and store formats. Liaise with Store Design and Store Tech to scope and implement new digital screen formats and manage backend vendors.
 * Managing trading rhythm: Schedule marketing content with Retail Marketing based on trading priorities from Brand, Product and Devices teams. Ensure content is deployed per vendor agreements and joint marketing plans with partners (e.g., Apple, Google, Samsung). Ensure content adheres to legally approved start/end dates for offers.
 * Digital Visual Merchandising: Create immersive store experiences including brand activations, audio playlists, interactive devices, and evolving touch-screen experiences (potentially including holograms, VR, smart lighting).
 * Evolving our storytelling: Integrate key messages from Marketing COE into new solutions (Mobile POS, Solution Builder) and support wayfinding and screen messaging to raise customer awareness of new experiences.
 * Collaboration and stakeholder management: Work with Marketing, Store Design, Store Tech, Product/Category and Retail CX; lead engagements with external vendors, agencies and partners.
 * Budget and resource management: Develop timelines, project recommendations and budget requests to support the digital marketing content roadmap.
Qualifications and experience
 * Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Digital/Publishing or a related field.
 * Proven experience developing and managing digital marketing content in owned media (stores) or paid media.
 * Proven experience navigating and influencing a complex matrix corporate structure.
 * Strong understanding of front-end technical requirement scoping.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Proficiency in using relevant tools and software.
 * Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
 * Sensitivity to cultural differences; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
