TAE Private Wealth / CMC Financial Planning, part of The Advice Exchange, are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join our Hobart-based team.

About the Role
Reporting to the advisers, this role plays a key part in ensuring advice is implemented efficiently and clients receive a high level of service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Implementation of advice strategies following client meetings
* Ongoing client service and relationship support
* Liaising with clients, product providers, and platforms
* Managing workflows and records in Xplan
* Compliance support and file management
* General adviser and practice support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 2–3 years' experience in a Client Services Officer or similar role within financial planning
* Strong experience with advice implementation
* Working knowledge of Xplan and the Microsoft Office suite
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Warm, professional communication skills
* A client-focused mindset and a collaborative approach
Flexibility & Work Arrangements
This role is Hobart-based, with flexible working arrangements available. We are open to:
* Full-time or part-time candidates
* School-hours arrangements for the right person
Remuneration
* 65,000 – 80,000, depending on experience
* Salary growth available based on capability and performance
