Make an impact on our marketing strategy through engaging digital content and campaigns
We have an exciting opportunity for a digital marketer to join our Marketing team to help deliver our digital marketing and client engagement strategy. As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to the optimisation of our digital platforms as part of a highly regarded and dynamic Australian team focused on creating and promoting outstanding content. Support the Australian business and work with colleagues in our broader Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific (EMEAPAC) region.
This role will suit an emerging digital marketer with experience working in external digital channels to maximise audience engagement. This work includes email marketing for publications, events and webinars; data capture and improvement in our CRM system; and helping to maintain digital content on our external website (with a focus on partner and other fee-earner CVs) and social media platforms. This full-time, 12-month, fixed-term contract role is ideally based in Sydney, but we will also consider candidates in Melbourne and Brisbane.
Reporting to the Digital Projects Manager, you will:
Work daily in our email marketing platform (Oracle’s Eloqua) to build and send client communications for webinars, events and publications, following established processes and templates to plan the customer journey to maximise audience engagementPlay an active role in reviewing and editing partner and other fee-earner website CVs in our Global CV SystemHelp to produce webinars, working with our partners and other legally trained presenters, using webinar platform On24Support our data maintenance and enhancement work using CRM InterAction, including helping with reports on analytics and digital engagement across systemsAssist with content publishing on our external website (Sitecore) and social media channels, leveraging your digital marketing skills to enhance the client experience and maximise the quality and reach of our digital content.If skills and experience allow, support a team working on graphic design, video editing and captioning tasks.
You will be someone with:
Experience using a mainstream email marketing platform (Oracle’s Eloqua preferred), CRM (InterAction preferred), a leading website CMS (Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager preferred) as well as social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) and webinar (On24, Zoom, Teams) platforms.Experience measuring and analysing digital engagement data across a range of channels to optimise engagement and reach.Attention to detail, able to juggle multiple complex tasks and meet deadlines.Good interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent written English.An excellent work ethic, focused on execution and being a supportive team player.Graphic design and video editing skills would be advantageous, but are not essential.
