WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek high-energy, high-performing, and outgoing individuals to join our sales development team. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant account development/inside sales experience in SaaS, with a proven ability to conduct deep discovery and engage decision-makers at various levels. They should be eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within Tealium.
The Sales Development Representative is often the first contact for prospects, requiring strong business acumen and quick responsiveness. This role offers the tools to showcase Tealium’s value and prepare for advancement within the organization. The ideal candidate will reside in Sydney to facilitate regular onsite collaboration, with most work conducted remotely.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
* Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads and inquiries regarding Tealium products
* Drive outbound prospecting to identify new customers and decision-makers
* Partner with Account Executives to strategize within territory
* Conduct high-level discovery calls with executive prospects
* Maintain communication through educational emails and calls
* Achieve monthly discovery and pipeline quotas
* Enhance sales skills through training and mentorship
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
* 2+ years of professional experience in Enterprise SDR and SaaS sales
* Motivation, determination, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
* Aiming for career growth within sales
* Leadership qualities and organizational skills
