An exciting opportunity for you could be with us in a beautiful new fitted out salon with no late nights to be seen! We are looking for a great experienced hairdresser to join our midst full time, this is a forever position with massive potential of growth in one of the newest spots in town! Are you bubbly with exceptional customer service? know how to upsell with ease? how to build and retain a beautiful clientele? we want you!
Are you looking to be supported properly by your piers and grow in your desired area with the correct training you want? We offer multiple paid for training for you that is tailored for you all year around so you can blossom into the Hairdresser you have always wanted to be.
This role is for someone aspiring to be a future manager with drive to really grow the salon with the current owner and staff. This will mean putting your ideas forward and applying them into the business. Sound excting? Qualifications & experience
- Cert III in hairdressing
- minimum 5 years experience
- highly skilled in Colouring, foiling and Balayage
- Up to date Cutting techniques
- high level of customer service
- Capable of managing a full column of clients
- Hair Extension qualifications a bonus
Tasks & responsibilities
- Balayage and Foiling Techniques
- Precision Style Cutting
- Great Blow-dry Skills
- Pampering clients with Treatments and head massage
- Exceptional customer service, client rebooking and 100% satisfaction
- Handling Reception and Phone
- Open and Closing including cashing up
- Working seamlessly as a team member
