About the Role
As General Manager, Greenmount, you will have full accountability for the leadership, performance and culture of the residential aged care home. You'll ensure exceptional person‐centred care, a safe and compliant environment, and strong financial outcomes while leading, coaching and inspiring your multidisciplinary team to deliver their best every day.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the residential aged care home, ensuring high‐quality care and compliance.
* Balance purpose with performance to drive commercial outcomes.
* Empower and develop a multidisciplinary team, creating a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Senior leadership experience in aged care, health or a regulated services environment.
* Proven ability to lead, engage, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong commercial acumen, including budget, occupancy, and performance management.
* Sound knowledge of aged care funding and regulatory compliance.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
