Linux Enablement Software Engineering Manager
A leading software engineering manager is required to oversee the success of a high-performing team in delivering OEM enablement projects.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, motivating, mentoring, and empowering team members to achieve quality product delivery.
* They will set goals with the team, prioritize tasks, identify, and measure key performance indicators.
* Maximising results from team members and supporting their career growth will also be a key responsibility.
This role requires coordination with project managers, hardware enablement, QA, and certification management.
* Monitoring projects from kickoff to post-mortem and handling escalations will also be a crucial part of this role.
* Effective communication, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, low-level debugging, and technical expertise are essential for resolving challenges with OEMs, ODMs, SiPs, and IHVs.
This position demands excellent time management, deep knowledge of the Linux system, and strong leadership abilities.
