Pymble Ladies' College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. At Pymble, we foster a world-class educational environment with the importance of global citizenship and a worldwide perspective central to our strategic intent.

The role
The Secondary School Teachers' Aide reports to the Head of Learning Enhancement and works closely with the Learning Enhancement staff, specialist and mainstream teachers. As part of the Learning Enhancement Department this position will provide support for selected students Secondary School identified with specific learning needs.
This 12-month contract position is an opportunity to work with a team of exceptional professionals responsible for diverse learning at the College. The role will commence in Term 1, 2025. This opportunity may convert to a permanent ongoing position dependent upon the needs of the College.

- Appropriate Teachers' Aide qualifications
- Competence in utilising digital technologies to enhance learning of students with a disability
- Experience working with students with a physical disability desirable
- Active interest in exploring innovative approaches to teaching and learning
- Awareness of the welfare needs of girls to assist in making a safe and secure learning environment
- The ability to develop positive, professional relationships with staff and to work collaboratively
- Ability to liaise closely with key academic and pastoral staff to enhance student outcomes

- Ability to demonstrate professional conduct and discretion at all times
