We are an International freight forwarding company with offices in all States of Australia and part of an international network of agents operating in a niche and rapidly growing market.
We are looking for an Export Sea Freight Coordinator for our Sydney Office located in Port Botany.
Within the role you will be required to:
Liaising with Clients, Carriers and our over sea's partners
Deliver Exceptional Service to our Customers
Co-Ordinate FAK & FCL containers, Including but not limited to Co-Ordination of Bookings, Dangerous Goods, Container Packing and wharf Delivery
Client Invoicing
Ensure Compliance with Australian Customs
Quote Rates
To be considered for the Role you must meet the following criteria
Freight Forwarding Experience
A "can do" attitude
Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment is essential
Have a current driver's license and own transport
Experience with Cargowise 1 will be an advantage, however not essential
